We are a family company acquiring and personally operating RV parks and manufactured home communities in Western Washington. If investing alongside an owner-operator family interests you, we would like to know you.
Our family has been building and keeping businesses for over a century, going back to a tire shop opened in Dodge City, Kansas in 1914 that served its community for roughly one hundred years. We bring that same philosophy to the parks we pursue: buy well, live on site, operate with care, and hold for generations.
Many of the people who understand this asset class best are the people who have owned parks themselves. Some of our future partners may be former owners who want to stay connected to the industry without carrying the daily weight of it. Others are simply neighbors who want their capital working close to home, in real property they can drive past.
